Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the independent provider that operates the result service. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them only to respond.
Automatically Collected Information
The hosting service maintains routine logs, such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable technologies may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, resolve technical problems, measure traffic, and improve its reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles of individual visitors.
External Services and Links
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search services. Their own privacy policies apply to information submitted after leaving this site. That includes sponsored result services supplied by another company.
Who May Process Information
Hosting and support providers process server logs for the service. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Safeguards and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described above. No account system exists here, so the site does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied information, and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds. The New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c.266, became effective January 15, 2025 and provides covered consumers with access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-out rights. Publicly available government information is excluded from its covered consumer-data definition. The Attorney General proposed implementing rules on June 2, 2025; this policy does not treat those proposed rules as adopted. Because we hold very little information, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. A record held by a New Jersey state, county, or municipal custodian is outside our control, so correction or redaction requests for it belong with that custodian.
Changes to This Policy
We will post policy changes here. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
